// About our A.I. consulting services
Productive Focus LLC is a practical AI consulting and implementation company for small businesses, founded in 2025 by Brandon C. Young. It is not an AI hype shop. It exists for owners who need systems, clarity and execution, built by someone who runs three businesses himself and uses every system he sells.

// About Brandon
Hey — I'm Brandon. I'm a husband, father, business owner and AI consultant. For the last 16 years I've worked in IT and B2B environments alongside overwhelmed executives who were carrying way too much on their shoulders.
Today I help business owners create simple, repeatable processes, put follow-up and scheduling on autopilot, and scale without burning themselves out.
If I'm being honest, I intended to build these systems only for myself at first. Between running a real estate business, an AI consultancy, and a childcare center with my family, I know exactly what it feels like to be pulled in ten directions at once. Early on I spent too much time cold-calling, chasing leads, and doing work that didn't move the needle. That's when it clicked.
Growth doesn't come from doing more. It comes from building smarter systems.
Clients tell me they feel lighter after we work together. Clearer. More confident. Like they finally have room to think again. If that sounds like what you're missing, let's talk.
// Degrees & certifications
I have the education. More importantly, I have the operator scars.
// Three businesses, one philosophy
All three of my businesses exist to make complicated decisions feel less overwhelming. Real estate: buying and selling with clarity. Childcare: family trust. AI consulting: modernize without drowning in tech. Different industries, same brand: practical guidance, clear systems, trust first, action over fear.
// AI consulting
Strategy-first AI consulting and implementation for small businesses. Smart websites, AI voice agents, CRM automation, workshops, and the packaged Productive Focus AI Hub.
// Real estate
Residential real estate brokered by eXp Realty of Minnesota, serving Minneapolis and the surrounding metro. AI-assisted prospecting, lead follow-up and CRM workflows run the back office.
// Childcare
A licensed childcare center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, where I serve as Executive Director. Around ten staff. Parent communication, inquiry intake and follow-up are automated.
// First-hand
Everything on our services page is running somewhere in my own operation first. That's the unfair advantage of hiring an operator: the demo is my Tuesday.
Inquiries for the childcare center and real estate leads land in the CRM automatically, get an instant email or text reply, and are tagged for follow-up. Nobody types a lead into a spreadsheet.
A recorded discovery call is transcribed, matched to the contact in the CRM, turned into a draft proposal with AI, laid out as a presentation, and emailed to the prospect. I review it; I don't write it from scratch.
New-lead sequences, reminders and review requests run on a schedule. "Call me next week" is a task the system owns, not a thought I have to hold.
One weekly workflow turns a video or transcript into posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X, scheduled from one planner. It's still the hardest part of running three businesses, and it's why I automated it first for myself.
I roll out every one of these the same way I tell clients to: manual first, then AI-drafted, then supervised, then automated. And I don't publish numbers I can't stand behind. When a client result is ready to share, it'll be here with the client's name on it.
// Where we are
I live and work in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Every audit and working session happens over Zoom or Google Meet, which is how I've worked with owners across the U.S. and overseas. Productive Focus LLC is registered as a Wyoming limited liability company; the people, the phone and the work are here in Minnesota. Everything we build runs online, so we serve businesses in every U.S. time zone and internationally, and the AI for Business Workshop has taken us as far as Houston.
// Why systems
Most small businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a systems problem. AI just exposes it. If your follow-up process is messy, AI will not magically make it clean. If your website is confusing, AI will not magically make your offer clear. But if you have a clear process, AI can help that process move faster and more consistently.
Hope is not strategy. Hoping they call back, hoping your staff catches every message, hoping your website explains everything. That's not a system. Long story short: your goal is not to automate everything. Your goal is to build a business that responds, follows up, guides people and serves consistently even when you're busy.
